With the objective of complying with all regulations, laws, and principles governing corporate life, we make this Internal Information Channel (Whistleblowing Channel) available to every employee, client, supplier, collaborator, partner, shareholder, or anyone defending a legitimate interest. This channel allows the effective reporting of any irregular, unlawful, or criminal conduct that is occurring, has occurred, or may occur in ADVANT. Irregular, unlawful, or criminal conduct is understood as any legal infringement, violation of the Code of Conduct, or inappropriate conduct contrary to good market practices.

• If the report is submitted in writing, and in order to analyze the reported facts, we need you to provide as much information as possible. Explain the facts clearly but in detail.
• Identify the persons or entities involved, as well as the area of the company to which they belong, if known. Tell us when the events occurred or are going to occur.
• If you have documentation supporting the report or helping its resolution, send it to us.
• Provide any other information you consider relevant.
• Provide your contact details, except in the case of anonymous reports.

ADVANT guarantees the confidentiality of the information and content provided, as well as the identity and protection of the reporting person acting in good faith, meaning that the report is based on indications that reasonably suggest that an irregular conduct is being carried out, has been carried out, or is going to be carried out.

Once the report is received, it will be analyzed by the Code of Conduct Committee of the parent company. If indications of inappropriate conduct are identified, the investigation phase will begin; otherwise, the case will be archived.

In compliance with personal data protection regulations, ADVANT expressly states that the personal data included in the report, and in the case file processed as a result of it, will be processed under the responsibility of ADVANT and the parent company. Its use will be limited to the processing and investigation of the submitted report, with compliance with a legal obligation, performance of a task in the public interest, and legitimate interest being the legal bases for processing.

Subject to legally established limitations, the rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and any other applicable rights are guaranteed and may be exercised by writing to Calle Fila, 8 6550-Albuixech (Valencia) or by sending an email to compliance@advantcoe.com. Personal data will be processed while the case is under review and, afterwards, retained for the time necessary to prove compliance with the Internal Information System for a maximum period of 10 years.

Any claim or request related to personal data protection may be submitted before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
