Legal Notice: The sole purpose of this publication is to present the Development in general terms so that any interested party may leave their contact details. Once the required provisional classification as Publicly Protected Housing (VPP) has been obtained and the marketing process begins, detailed information on the units for sale will be sent to them, without any obligation on the part of the interested party and without the receipt of such information granting them any preference in the allocation of a property in their favour.

In order to purchase a property in the Development, once the marketing period has opened, interested parties must register in the Official Register that the Generalitat Valenciana will set up for this specific Development, which forms part of the Plan Vive- CV, and must meet the following requirements (arts. 41 and 42 of Decree 180/2024, of 10 December, of the Consell, approving the legal regime for publicly protected housing in the Valencian Community):

• Be of legal age or an emancipated minor.
• Hold Spanish nationality or legal residence in Spain.
• The holder of the right, or any member of the family or cohabiting unit, must not hold full ownership of another home anywhere in Spain.
• The income of the person or of the family or cohabiting unit must not exceed the following limits:
  • For general-regime publicly protected housing: 6.5 times the IPREM.
  • For special-regime youth publicly protected housing: 5.5 times the IPREM.

The maximum limits indicated will be increased cumulatively according to the specific situation of each family or cohabiting unit, as follows:

a) By 0.5 times the IPREM for each member of the family or cohabiting unit with a recognised disability of 33 per cent or more, or a situation of dependency or an illness that demonstrably and permanently prevents them, with a degree of total or severe disability, from carrying out any work activity.

b) By 0.2 times the IPREM for each dependent minor in the family or cohabiting unit, provided they are a first-degree descendant or a person in family foster care.

c) By 0.2 times the IPREM for each member of the family or cohabiting unit over 65 years of age.

d) By 0.5 times the IPREM for each member of the family or cohabiting unit over 18 and up to and including 35 years of age.
